Whilst we make every effort to ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and quality, natural variations may occur between batches due to the artisanal nature of our production methods. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect and are characteristic of handcrafted confectionery.

CRITICAL ALLERGEN WARNING
Our confectionery products contain MILK and DAIRY ingredients including butter, cream, and condensed milk. All products are manufactured in a facility that handles NUTS, PEANUTS, SOYA, GLUTEN, and EGGS. Whilst we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of these allergens.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or sensitivity, you MUST carefully review the ingredient list provided on product packaging before consumption. Detailed allergen information is available on request for all products. If you are uncertain whether a product is safe for you to consume, please contact us before placing your order. Our standard products are NOT suitable for individuals following vegan, dairy-free, or lactose-free diets. Sugar-free products contain sweeteners which may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. These products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Individuals with diabetes or other medical conditions requiring controlled sugar intake should consult their healthcare provider before consuming any confectionery products.
Products containing alcohol (such as our Whisky Tablet) are not suitable for children, pregnant women, individuals avoiding alcohol for medical or religious reasons, or those operating machinery or driving. Alcohol content is indicated on product packaging and descriptions where applicable.
We accept no liability for allergic reactions, adverse health effects, or medical complications arising from the consumption of our products. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that products are suitable for their dietary requirements, allergies, and health conditions before purchase and consumption. All of our confectionery products are made fresh to order without artificial preservatives. Proper storage is essential to maintain product quality, taste, and safety. Products must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong odours. Ideal storage temperature is between 15°C and 18°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze products unless specifically instructed on packaging, as this may adversely affect texture and quality.
Products should remain in their original packaging until ready to consume. Once opened, products should be consumed within 7 days and stored in an airtight container. Shelf life information provided on our website and product packaging represents best-quality periods under optimal storage conditions. Products remain safe to consume after the best-before date provided they have been stored correctly and show no signs of deterioration, but flavour and texture may decline.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. All items are securely wrapped and boxed using protective packaging materials designed to withstand normal transit conditions. However, confectionery products are fragile by nature, and we cannot guarantee that products will arrive completely intact or without minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from handling during transit.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Whilst we work with reliable courier partners and make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, industrial action, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery time estimates do not constitute contractual commitments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information including correct address, postal code, and contact telephone number. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required due to customer error.
For international orders, customers are responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations, customs procedures, and any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or rejected by customs authorities, nor for any additional costs incurred. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that confectionery products can be legally imported into the destination country before placing an international order.
We cannot guarantee product quality if items are exposed to extreme temperatures during shipping or if delivery is delayed beyond normal transit times. During warmer months, chocolate-containing products may soften or melt in transit despite protective packaging. This does not affect the safety or edibility of products but may impact appearance. We recommend selecting delivery dates carefully during summer months and cannot offer refunds for temperature-related cosmetic changes to chocolate products.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and the condition of the packaging. We will assess each claim individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit note at our discretion. Claims reported more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery will not be accepted.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team. You must obtain a returns authorisation number before sending any items back to us. Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Order cancellations are accepted up until the point of dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return unopened items in accordance with our returns policy. Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced and are non-refundable unless defective.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping for returns as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this returns policy. If you are a consumer within the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to the perishable goods exemption.
